The fact that Apple ads have actually increased while Musk claimed the opposite leaves only one remaining conclusion about Musk.

He isn't stupid. He isn't doing some financial game. He isn't trying to save Twitter, or make it his personal playground, or destroy it for destruction's sake.

The only conclusion left is that Musk is doing all this to join the right-wing culture war.

He bought Twitter to spread misinformation.

@thomasafine I don't disagree, but I also think it might be a sort of "revenge" or "retribution" kind of thing, like our voices were silenced, now yours will be too, see how it feels... but what he doesn't understand is that we're all on Mastodon now, so it doesn't matter lmao

@thomasafine Yes the picture is on the wall. He doesn't want to pay taxes or follow laws. He was born privileged and everyone must fall in line, be subservient or #Musk will bring out the whip.
