@mikemillercyber polite disagreement with these 3 options - you can teach everything listed there, or provide the means for the successful applicant to get it, but you can't train someone to have a work ethic/curiosity/an interest in the field.
Entry level = entry, not 1st floor.

@mikemillercyber aw that's a relief. I've seen some appalling hiring practices (first/second hand) and a lot of new folk to the industry see that as a requirement now.

@bryanbrake @mikemillercyber yeah I had some struggles - was once asked questions that were more for a checkout cashier than the in house soc T2 role I went for. Was flabbergasted.
