@mikemillercyber For me, #knowledge is more important than having #certifications: know how and real life experience is key. Having a degree signals that the candidate has a general, allround base of knowledge. That is a good thing. If the candidate doesn't have a degree, a proof of knowledge can be obtained during the interview if it is conducted thoroughly enough.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and it did say entry level as well so things can be learned.
