Now I am 57. I don't have hyperfocus or hyperactivity anymore. I have deficit and disorder and I don't have attention.
I don't like it. I don't want to be like this. What is the right name for what I have now?
PepperI'm 54, and still have the crazy focus, but I'm autistic rather than ADHD. My theory is people ebb and flow, and maybe you're just in a low focus time. I'm in perimenopause right now and it sucks so bad, it definitely interferes with my ability to concentrate. Have you gone through it? Maybe that was what dampened your superpowers?
