It's herd confirmation bias. If they all keep telling each other they're correct, they can continue to delude themselves that they're right & Brexit will come good eventually.
As a reminder, when asked this question in 2018, the Haunted Mop Stick said we won't see significant Brexit benefits for the next 50-100 years! 😳
