@Adman PM: How do you feel about interpreting not just the company but also division & group OKRs to create 3 meaningful and measurable targets, relevant to what your team actually does, that you can either accomplish (but only just, must not smash) or barely miss (again only by a little bit)?
Each quarter.
And you define these once the quarter has actually started in case there is a need to realign.
