Marc LachanceSharing a recent image of Wood Duck (male) taken in our area. We have - in our area - a little bird paradise called ‘Mud Lake’, attracting a large diversity of birds (migrating and residents) as well as ducks and turtles. Wood Ducks are so colourful.
Carolina Ott@marcotheluck That's another beautiful picture. I used to live close to Mud Lake. It's a lovely place for spotting all sorts of birds that you don't necessarily see elsewhere in Ottawa. I haven't been to Mud Lake since the derecho. I hear that the damage was considerable.
