Zander Hulme~🎵@ash By "looking up on a map" do you mean with Cartesian coordinates? Because I think I would find that confusing with a hex grid... My inclination is to use pointy-side-up, but maybe just because that's how they did it in the early Heroes of Might and Magic games 😅
@zander yeah that's what I mean. It's a tricky problem because both answers feel unintuitive in different ways.
