Snim@Richard_Littler There already is a counter-narrative: that woke culture is functionally a non-thiestic religion. At least that counter-narrative has support from both lefties and righties. It is also a position I share as I am agnostic and see the same weak arguments that theists make.
@snim I don't believe 'woke culture' exists. And I don't see any left-leaning activity or belief system that constitutes or fulfills anything like the characteristics of a religion, or even a cult.
@Richard_Littler Dr. John McWhorter wrote a book about it: Woke Racism. Granted, he's a linguist but it's an interesting read.
