I tried to model Aisha Clan-Clan from Outlaw Star once. The arms didn't turn out great and neither did her waist so I didn't animate her. Still like the resulting head though. Also she is T-posing and T-posing is bad for shoulder deformation and I have learned better since. If I were to resume this, i'd delete the arms and remodel the hips and arms to have some volume and bend.
