@0eazy Start small. Focus on the area the first adventure will take place in. If PCs aren't from the local area, have the players tell you what their homelands are like, write that stuff down, and use it against them later.
@0eazy The usual way I run games is “worldbuild until there’s enough conflict to draw the player characters in”. So build in lots of conflict! _13th Age_ is a masterpiece in this regard; even if you don’t use the rules, the main book is well worth reading for inspiration.
