Yo dude...but which way? To the 1%, or Homo stuff? Before anyone flames me to the the n*th level, these are all grades of %ages of fat in Canadian milk. Homo milk is the good stuff,, Move beyond that, and you're into cream and a little of that goes along way ;) cardiovascularly :)
