I sweat by https://gitup.co for anything involve branches, history fiddling, etc. UI much more sensible than the CLI, visualization updates as you type from the CLI, and repository-wide undo of history modifications!

I'm in the same camp: #GitUp is a great piece of software with rather obnoxious 'rewrite' commands available as simple shortcuts (move commit up/down, squash, split, ...)

Am using #Magit 99% of the time, but some things I just can't figure out there or in the CLI
