DawidAfter a few days of thinking about running my own instance I came to the conclusion: "screw it, at worse I'll stay here where I currently am" (which is still great thou!)
So I bought a cheap VPS, and I'm starting to play with it.
It's going exactly as I was predicting: nothing is working, and I've no idea why, even though I went step by step with the docs 🤔
But as it's my first time with such thing I probably just some small mistake, or it's some VPS thing.
So I need to keep trying 😅
Ok, so far I failed with hosting my own instance. I went through all steps in docs, but I can't connect to instance no matter what I do.
I'm getting 20 times redirects to self and that's all.
Furthermore, I have no idea what can be the issue. I tried 3 times so far and each time with the same result.
It's enough for today, I'll try again tomorrow.
But it's okay, it's my first time with such topic so 🤷♂️
