Math Lover@intentionaut I’m trying to be the best support I can be for my gay and transgender students. There are a surprising number of them this and last year, all sweet, smart young people who deserve all the good things Iife. Thst they know there is so much hate makes me heartsick. I hope you find your people. There are lots of allies here.
Rican🇵🇷VinnyThank you for shaping our future with kindness and supporting who they really are. A lot of these kids can't find acceptance at home or just don't have the timing to do it now. You are a beacon in some lives.
@Vinny787 @intentionaut I wish everyone could meet these kids with an open mind and open heart. They are lovable people with beautiful hearts. They have sharp intelligence that comes from being a minority facing discrimination and they are also very innocent and idealistic. They are not the angry social justice warriors the right portrays in their media but just regular teens who need and want friendship and acceptance. I’m humbled by their bravery and good heartedness.
@Vinny787 if people could meet these kids most would love them and would see how cruel it is to target people like them with bigoted laws and with ridicule and violence. It’s chicken sh it bullying as these kids usually have the least power in school and the larger society.
