@drshazmamithani my understanding is that Alberta Health Services wouldn’t change, but services covered by Alberta Health Insurance would be capped at a health spending amount (ie basically everything outside a hospital setting). It’s no wonder Smith is wanting to give triage nurses the power to deny service. I am thinking the Sovereignty Act will be needed to protect AB govt from violating Canada Health Act (Universal Healthcare).
