as a black woman, there are days that the racism, bigotry, violence, outward hatred overwhelm me
in good weather, my calming forces were:
riding my bike
take a walk or hike
work in the garden
now that the weather is cold - I'm kinda trapped in the house (thermals don't help me keep warm)
so, now, i:
bake
and, when really feel edge, i furiously scrub the walls
what do you do to relieve your aggression? it's very important in this environment, ya know?
