@Daynadirects It's one of those CRAZY things that doesn't make sense... but it is soooo good.
My grandmother was from Barcelona, but my grandfather was from a farm in North Carolina (they met when he was stationed in Spain with the Navy). So, she made bone broth soup and ham for Thanksgiving... along with collards and mashed potatoes.
