From a chemical perspective, besides outright errors, if I would pick 4 challenges it would be in 1) regio- & chemoselectivity 2) poor synthesis strategy (repetitive steps, particularly with protecting groups) 3) handling of conditions 4) lack of diversity of solutions. What do you see as most problematic in the current tools?
