Trixter of the Moon CouncilOur "Moderated servers" list is now viewable from the About page! I started by taking a huge list from https://tenforward.social , which tends to be fairly aggressive, so I chose to only Limit some of the more mainstream servers, and I'm open to feedback on the rest. I'll be adding public notes going forward, and I'll try to directly verify some of the listed ones when I get a chance. #AdminLife
(Though plenty of them are EXTREMELY OBVIOUS from the domain names, YIKES.)
I know there were some users experiencing issues following/viewing accounts and posts from federated servers last week, ones that had never been suspended or limited, and 🤞 hopefully the big upgrade on Friday has helped with that.
Elysia Macht@trixter I think my biggest question mark is that I have to check SMTH like mastodon.social for tag searches bc when I do them here, I may get 0-3 results when that side shows there are maybe 10/diff servers.
Apologies reminding of Jason David Frank, but I think pizza here showed some 29 results when I checked, and some bigger server showed 63 or so?
I can boost most things here & then they show in #-s here, 2, but the process seems cumbersome if clearly not on blocked servers if "importable".
