It *should* be very telling that the Infra/Ops crowd and the Information Security crowd were among the first large groups to abandon the bird site en masse post-Elon.

Like. Seriously...

DO NOT TRUST THAT SITE

When two entire tech disciplines abandon a service like that, you should take note.

Even if you can stomach the ethical/moral implications of enabling that site, please don't underestimate the security risk.

it depends.

Is someone getting your username and impersonating you a legitimate threat to you?

if not: delete it.

if yes: strong password, 2fa, make it private.
