@BlippyTheWonderSlug Hmm... so last night... I was walking around over there and I _believe_ there was a purple ball atop the Penobscot Building (https://www.google.com/maps/@42.330463,-83.047181,3a,75y,232.58h,115.65t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sVuareLuydjrluluSnM-m9g!2e0!7i16384!8i8192).
However, I am not sure what is actually pictured in this photo.
To your "side question", unfortunately I cannot answer that. I have not yet been to Belle Isle. I have only been in Detroit for about a month now. Just moved in! 😅
