Alien 1: "look, a new species to join our glorious galactic confederation."
Alien 2: "ah, yes, humans are very intelligent and they talk about peace and love all the time, let's go invite them!"
Alien 1: "there, see how great they are. Here is the invitation, just make sure they all sign... Wait a minute..."
BIG BOOM
Alien 2: "They use atomic fission for harm! Put a fence around Sol."
