@Teri_Kanefield ok, the new link definitely works. The point for me, is who decides whether Trump did or did not solicit election fraud by requesting an official to “find” him extra votes? I assume this would be a question for a jury, who would understand the context of the election, the big lie, see a motive and hear the tape. I really don’t see this as complicated. The tape exists - we’ve all heard it.

Yes, in our system of law, a grand jury / prosecutor makes a charging decision and a jury acts as a fact finder.

@Jemesa I forget that my audience include people who are not Americans and are therefore not familiar with how our legal system works.
@Teri_Kanefield ok, so the decision of guilty / not guilty would be for the Jury. The tape exists. #Trump is asking the official to “find” him extra votes, so why can’t he be charged and the question of intention/guilt/innocence be left to a Jury? I don’t understand from your deeper dive why there’s a delay or apparent reluctance to charge/indict.
