Mastodon growth is due to people leaving Twitter, but I am curious, how many of you have actually deleted their account on Twitter?

I have not deleted mine just because I follow a lot of interesting people, organisations and pages there. #mastodonmigration #RIPTwitter

@Asoares I deleted mine last night. I was staying to watch the train wreck (morbid I know), but opening the door to Trump basically made it clear that I couldn’t be associated with it. Not looking back.

I deleted mine when I learned of the funding from the Saudi's--or maybe it was when Elmo tweeted Ukraine should negotiate...Left FB when I first read about Russia's involvement there.
You can lurk--it's annoying, but possible (and it keeps my blood pressure down.)

@Asoares I tried deactivating mine and it wouldn’t let me. I kept getting a message that my password was wrong when it definitely was not.
