I have a big butt and I cannot lie! 😂

3 water butts fitted. I was doing so well until it got to cutting the down pipe to fit the diverted kit. I got nervous about stuffing it up, so called my dad!

(awaiting the Mastodon response as when I posted on t’other place about having put together my compost bins I got abuse from someone I didn’t follow about them being plastic & told I was ‘virtue signalling’! FYI the bins and water butts are all 100% recycled plastic!) #gardening #DroughtProofing

@lilmsmally They are great! I have four, and on a normal year (not like this year) they will allow me to water the garden through the summer with only rainwater.

If you're not fond of how they look, I painted mine with Roses & Castles and put some planters full of nasturtiums around the base, and they make me smile now :)
