I've been made aware of a couple of tools for finding which of your #Twitter follows have Mastodon accounts, however I've had no luck getting them to work:

Both are now working... maybe they were just overloaded.

@jimbbob I found Fedifinder great, especially as I leaned so heavily into Twitter lists and Fedifinder can search lists not just follows. It relies on users having added their M'don handle to their profile though, so the other thing to try is search Twitter for "Mastodon" and filter by people you follow.
