All the red flags in the Threads privacy policy - It appears that #threads collects a literal shit-ton of data on its users. Information like sexual orientation, body issues, web activity just to name a few. I would expect this from a #Meta owned company, and it is one of the reasons that it is uncomfortable and counterintuitive for the new platform to be associated with the #fediverse. I’m with @EliP on this. If your Mastodon account is simply reposting content with links back to the bird site you will get little engagement from me. It’s really time to move on and stop driving attention back to it. #TwitterMigration #MigrateToMastodon

I've installed & logged in to the Tusky app to see how well I can interact with Mastodon from my phone. I put it on my home page and relegated the Twitter icon to a secondary page.

Slowly, steadily, I'm moving in here & dropping the bird app.

In an articles (Migration from Twitter users to Mastodon) comment section of a swiss online portal (20min.ch) the users are happy all the "woke" and "would-like-to-be-intellectuals" are finally leaving twitter for Mastodon.
