Hi! I'm Jim McDermott. I'm a writer of all kinds of things (most recently a feature about the creator of the Rubik's Cube). I wrote on the TV show Preacher and have consulted on a bunch of other shows. I currently work as an editor for America Magazine and write about pop culture there and elsewhere.

Hoping to find fans of #Krakoa, #StarWars, #Sondheim, #scriptwriting and other nerdy stuff I would never have believed as a kid I would get to spend my whole life talking about.
