I caught the initial wave of stupidity from that and didn't think anything more about it until discovering there was a fucking Washington Post article! How can they hope to survive if BirdChan goes down?
How do you write an article about that. "There's this lady who has a cat, then she gets a pig, then a bunch of weirdos threaten to eat the pig, so she leaves twitter for a while, then comes back and makes a pot of chili for her neighbors and that's why she's a monster."
