@khurshed You’ve prompted me to check !(I’ve started to dispose of some of the early journals) It was part of the process when I began an MSc in Org Consulting which was just less than 20 years ago… (scary thought!) Of course, there were days when I was travelling, overwhelmed, sick or on holiday but, otherwise yes, each work day and days ‘off’, begin with some writing - which I’ve come to love 💛
