@richardmoorhead @ScouseRefugee One could argue whether something can be considered part of the Constitution if it hasnāt been approved by both chambers of Parliament.
For instance, the Ministerial Code is sometimes considered part of the Constitution yet Boris Johnson unilaterally changed it when he didnāt like its implications for himself.
If the PM can change it without Parliament, is it really part of the Constitution or just someoneās opinion?
