Parked for a cup of coffee, again.
I’m posting this as a reply to my earlier vintage parker pic as these are photographed on the same spot a week or so apart. They share some blood and belong together, methinks.

Hey thanks! The thing with the alts is, when I look at a carefully taken picture I also get some feeling of the pg whoever they may be, and a glimpse of their experience. I don't think a mere "bullet point" listing of things gives much or any of that to someone with a screen reader...
Also, many of us seeing people probably benefit from a few personal words from the pg, maybe giving a little additional depth to the pics?

Yea the alt text, which is primarily there for the visually impared using a screenreader. The character limit here is 1500 (great), so what I usually do is expand it past the primary purpose to serve everybody. Seems to be okay from what feedback I've gotten :)

Sorry, "past the primary purpose" meaning, I often try and give some broader context, maybe background to the pic, something relevant from outside the frame, and also and unfortunately I'm prone to low level joking, which is nice tho because I rarely need to deal with the consequences 👍
