I'm not naturally patient. When I have ideas I want to do them immediately. Almost 3 years into running a startup media business I'm finally learning that things always (alwaaaays) take a lot longer than you expect.

@inetpro Thanks. Yes, also learning you've got to keep going. New ideas take a long time to mature so you need to keep chipping away at them. Each day is another step forward.

@alastair and of course the world has changed quite dramatically the last year or two for more than one reason. Some businesses/investments nebefitted whilst others were wiped out.
