Firda B.Thinking of moving to universeodon to spread the server load a little bit within the Fediverse. I might just do it today. I don't mind sharing a server with George Takei, haha! My only concern is I can't bring my followers over. 😕
Richard Bairwell@firda Followers migrate with you - https://docs.joinmastodon.org/user/moving/#move : both mastodon.social and universeodon.com run the same version of the same software so there shouldn't be any problems. I'm not sure if people you follow are copied over, but you could do an export https://docs.joinmastodon.org/user/moving/#export and reimport on the new server. Toots/Posts do NOT copy over though and cannot be imported in.
