BBC Proms 2022: Live aus der Royal Albert Hall, London, spielte #YujaWang mit den #OsloerPhilharmoniker unter der Leitung von #KlausMäkelä das Klavierkonzert Nr. 1 in Es-Dur von Franz Liszt. Danach folgten zwei Zugaben: Vladimir Horowitz' bravouröse Carmen-Variationen und, als entgegengesetztes Extrem, eine Transkription des Reigens seliger Geister aus Orpheus und Eurydike von Christoph Willibald Gluck. Die Briten waren begeistert.

Sie meinte schon 2012 über die Aufmerksamkeit für ihre Kleidung: "Sie ist mir egal. Ich ziehe mich halt so an und trage auch kurze Kleider, wenn ich nicht auf der Bühne stehe. @jan_holler Meiner Ansicht nach ist sie überhaupt nicht effekthascherisch, sie stellt ihre Technik ganz in den Dienst der Musik. Bei ihr wirkt alles leicht und mühelos. Sie ist vielseitig und macht auch Kammermusik.
