@rbreich My expectation re Mr Musk saying "people have got to work longer hours" is that a trade union should review what he is proposing.
A trade union must be part of a workflow every company should include if there is a change in employees' terms and conditions of employment.
Many companies care about money not people anyway. Look after number 1. Always.
