The BBC appears to be using this warning message before loading an embedded #Twitter message.

I think this is a good idea, although I would never embed tweets on my website.

I use @Vivaldi browser so I assume I won't be tracked by Twitter but I'd rather not load it...just to be safe than sorry.

The first person I saw die was #homeless

I was on my way to work when I saw someone in distress outside Tower Hill tube station in London, opposite the Tower of London.

I called the emergency services right away. By the time they arrived, it was too late. At least someone was with him in the last moments of his life.

I was told off at work for being late, even when I explained why. Sigh.

I wonder how many die lonely death on the streets? It's a sad world.

When I joined #Mastodon I should have taken more time to learn about its concept before diving in, that is totally my own fault.

I should have given some thought to the server I was on. I keep thinking maybe I should have joined a Canadian one.

I had some good times. Made new friends and business connections. However, I’ve never been to a place where so many attacked me for my sexuality, my unseen disability, that I’m married to a person of Chinese descent, being of no faith, and to those who think I have to justify my existence to be worthy of living to meet their “right wing standards”. This was even before the insanity of Musk.

Felt very sick overnight, shivers one minute, pouring with sweat the next. Stonking headache. Feel better this morning though. Still better than getting COVID.
