It's a work from home day today and I couldn't be more grateful.

A busy week and some busy days to come means I'm very nearly out of beans. So today I'm snuggled on the sofa under an electric blanket whilst working on my laptop. Working this way, I'll be more productive and less exhausted than if I'd gone into the office.

Employing disabled people isn't difficult, it just sometimes takes a little thought and flexibility.

@TheClimbingCrip @disability I'm always more productive at home. I get at my job, working from home all the time isn't feasible, but I'm much more comfortable here. (Also got to work from home today.)

@Prof_Meowmers @disability 100%. I actually love working in my office and being with colleagues but sometimes working in the comfort of home makes all the difference!

@TheClimbingCrip @disability I was fortunate enough to get a workplace accommodation so I could work from home when I needed without it counting against our already-allowed 12 days per year. So I'm lucky.
