I am new to Mastodon, I need help.

I have a few issues and I hope someone can guide me.
I initially signed up for Mastodon noc.social but migrated my account to infosec.exchange. I started the process to migrate my account from one place to the other. The first issue I have is that I can't seem to find infosec.exchange in the Mastodon app. The second issue, I can't see to see some of the stuff I had in noc.social.

Separate questions, In my previous Mastodon account I started following a few people, I can't seem to see those in this new account. Did I do something wrong? or I just have to re-add those again.
