Eilean nam Ban, known locally as Seagull Island, is a mile or so out of Kinlochleven on the north side of Loch Leven. Historically, it was used as a meeting point for clan chieftains to settle their differences and more recently as a location for a slightly more adventurous wedding.

@andy_morehouse- Sure, it’s an Alex Gray book - ‘Echo Of The Dead’ I don’t read much police procedural as I prefer fantasy & sci fi, but this was a book club choice. I think this series is usually set in Glasgow but this one is about Glencoe. The loch has been mentioned several times already.
