Mark PhilpotI didn't realize until now that "relays" are different from "instances" -- I went into this thinking I could relay from any other instance to populate my instance's local timeline.
Turns out... not the case.
There are an extremely limited number of active relays and it is obvious it's a feature that's not really used at all.
