@theonetar If a person is talking to hundreds of people and I didn't discuss meeting before hand, then I think that is a person I am probably not going to meet. That sounds like enough on their plate and I am much too shy to squeeze myself onto their dance card! But still, that's something I had not considered and another reason to carry some around!
MarcelineLeiman@XoeAllred @theonetar if I may join this conversation—I find business cards immensely helpful for remembering people’s names and where I met them later. I recall the memory of that person much more vividly having the physical object for some reason. I’ve kept the information from a stack of them I got at Gen Con and have used that as my primary contact list going into Unplugged.
@MarcelineLeiman Good context to consider! I should perhaps leave the backs blank for jotting notes then. Maybe I'll print some for the different games I'm bringing in case that's the context of our meeting. @theonetar
Protospiel Online@XoeAllred your website is sharp, well organized, and does a good job of showcasing the variety of games you have. I think you can save a lot of time and trouble by keeping the biz card simple with blank back and something simple on the front:

I like making cool looking QR codes with branded colors and a logo in the middle with the free QR code generator at Unitag.io, but this is an only-if-you-want-to extra. (Just don’t use a QR code *instead of* a written link. It’s pretty common for them to cause tech difficulties for ppl.)
