They are self-identified as bots. Maybe they will post their RSS feeds or tweets in the future?

I'm looking after @CellGenomics and a lot of other Cell Press journals are appearing. We're not posting much yet, but if/when twitter melts and the pre holiday submission avalanche eases we'll get more organised!
