This afternoon: Elon Musk tweets that Twitter will be turning off “bloatware”.

Now: no one with two-factor authentication based on their phone can log in because one of the microservices turned off was the one that texts you your 2FA code.

Oh dear.

If one taketh the lead and ruleth from above, one better maketh sure to have deep insights into everything going on. 😯
One attribute of the directive management style is that the people that are not (yet) fired will not help you; they will do what you order them to do.
Are we looking at yet another demonstration of this principle?
