Given all the emphasis here on following others: I'm getting a lot of follows from folks who have a totally empty #list and #bio when I click on their profile. For new accounts with no content, I'd suggest people post at least an #introduction and #boost a few things they like. It gives others a sense of who you are when deciding if it is worthwhile/ safe to #follow back.
