I have a cookbook that is small, but excellent, for South Indian cooking. The other one is less inspiring, 600 Curries. It has some good recipes, but a lot of uninspiring recipes, too.
@Bewickwren2 any of Meera Sodha’s books are excellent I like ‘Fresh India’ which is a veggie one. ‘made in India’ also good she has column in Guardian newspaper every week which is free on their site.
