Hey #WritingCommunity I saw this fantastic idea being shared by Mastodon.Art's curator to create a hashtag for #KindCritique!

Is there a similar hash established for #MastoWriters? Or is there interest in creating one? I'm new here and don't believe I have the social authority to proceed. Can a #WritingExchange senpai boost this to to get some sort of consensus? It sounds like a lovely idea.

After a user request asking if a tag for such a thing existed yet, we decided to start one called #KindCritique. It's for when you want some constructive and gentle feedback on a piece. :artcapy4:

@sooperdooper Had a similar thought. Maybe #WritingSwap? #LitCrit is catchy too.
@nebulos i like these, I think they work for general feedback callouts but the idea was to create a hashtag specifically for "gentle" critique. As we writers know it can be hard to get targeted, but also kind, feedback on something. It also serves as a reminder for critics to not make assumptions about the writers. However I really like #WritingSwap, makes the posters intentions very clear.
@sooperdooper How about #KindLitCrit for all feedback welcome, and #WritingSwap to specifically find people to swap more in depth feedback from? They are kind of different, now that I think about it.
