@davidnjoku It isn't? (I know it doesn't boost the algorithm or whatever. But isn't the basic point of both a Favorite and a Like to indicate to the author that you like their post?
@RLHeppner True - and when Twitter started boosting my likes to my network I remember feeling a little violated. But I got used to it, and started using likes to give tweets I like a boost. I need to keep reminding myself that favourite didn't act the same way

@davidnjoku it’s still useful! The search ability is a bit limited so if there’s a post you like it’s just good measure to favorite/bookmark it (and settling on the lingo  )
