Tobias Hoffmann@JuttaPaulus there is but you need to follow the people first (as far as I can see). Once you have followed you can click on their name and add to lists.
There is also smth called groups in which apparently works like a mail distributor where a post can be send to everyone within that group specifically. But this I have not figured out yet
